Fair question. We're big believers in the GTD system, but kept running into the same problem: apps that were either bloated with features we'd never use, or so minimal they couldn't support a real workflow. So we stopped waiting and built the app we actually wanted to use.

Our AI assistant analyzes your tasks, projects, and workflows to provide intelligent suggestions for prioritization, task breakdown, and productivity optimization. It helps you process your inbox, suggesting what to do with each item (while you remain in control), and guides you through weekly reviews.
We protect your data the way we do our own. Your Melete data is stored safely in our database, and is only accessible by you. We never store emails from your linked accounts, only reading them to help you process your inbox. Communication with the AI assistant is encrypted, and your data is never used for training or any other purpose. And your payment details are handled securely by Stripe.

We'll admit we're pretty excited about the AI assistant — but we get it, not everyone wants AI in their productivity tools. Melete offers an AI-free plan at a reduced cost for those who prefer a straightforward GTD experience without the extra smarts.
